We provide clear, upfront fixed-price quotes. Emergency dispatch times are estimates based on traffic and weather conditions in South London. Once our technician arrives on site, the customer is responsible for payment of the quoted fee.
For security and fraud prevention, we require proof of vehicle ownership (V5C logbook, rental agreement, or insurance document) and matching photo identification before conducting unlock entries or key program processes.
All replacement key fobs, key blades, and transponder chips supplied by us are covered by a 12-month parts and labor warranty. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle mechanical or electrical ignition faults.
